Registration and declaration
Information about the competition (teams and tutors)
We are looking for interested and ambitious students from a universities. If you want to register a team for the competition, please note the following:
- A team consists of about 5 students who are studying engineering
- A team leader (tutor) of the university needs to be assigned to the team (preferably a professor in the field of systems engineering)
- The workload is approx. 60h per student and approx. 10h for the tutor. In addition 2 competition days have to be considered.
- The costs for Lego Mindstorm kits will be covered by the GfSE e.V.
- Travel expenses for the competition are in responsibility of the teams.
- The rules of the competition have to be respected
Since the competition is being held during the winter semester, we are currently looking for universities that want to secure their participation without obligation. The starting shot is then the winter semester for the student teams. Prior a binding participation and registration take place. A university can also register several teams, which can then participate in the competition in February 2019.
Option declaration:
Since there is only a limited number of available slots on competition day, the student can be sent to the organizer team in advance by the universities / universities. For now, only the contact person is required and an estimated number of teams. For this purpose, please use the document "Options declaration" and send it to the address specified in the document.
